Principal's News

All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

St Louis de Montfort  is Celebrating 60 years

Welcome Back to the New School Year.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I would like to extend a warm welcome back to our students, staff, and parents as we start a new academic year. I am thrilled to have everyone back at school and are excited for the opportunities and adventures that this new year will bring.

Celebrating 60 Years of Excellence

This year marks a significant milestone for our school - our 60th anniversary! For six decades, our school has been dedicated to providing a high-quality education to generations of catholic students, shaping young minds, and fostering a sense of community and belonging. I am proud of the school’s rich history and the many accomplishments that have made us who we are today.

As we celebrate this milestone, we take a moment to reflect on the values that have guided St Louis’ over the years: academic excellence, faith hope and a commitment to excellence in all that we do. These values will continue to be the foundation on which we build our programs, activities, and relationships with our students, parents, and staff. I was lucky enough to start at St Louis’ 60 years ago when the school opened and it is truly a special place to me and my family.

Car parking around the school.

I have had my first complaint from a resident in Larnook Cres on Day 1. Please do not park across anyone's driveway. Please do not stop in the middle of the road and let your child get out of the car. I would really like to keep all our student safe while they are travelling to and from school and if possible keep our local residents happy too.

I am looking forward to a great year and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with each and every one of you.
