Kool Skools
***COBURG HIGH OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED AS VICTORIA’S 2024 KOOLEST SKOOL*** (links to listen below!!)
Kool Skools is a recording project where high school students from across Victoria are invited to record their original compositions in a professional recording studio.
In 2024 we had 48 students in 12 groups record over 2 days in May which were compiled for our album “You’ve Been Listening To…”
The annual Kool Skools Awards Night celebrates the achievements of schools involved in the project by inviting award nominees to perform and present awards to the best songs in 18 categories.
3 Coburg High bands were invited to perform at the awards night and collectively Coburg High received 7 nominations and 4 awards. This included the overall statewide award for “Koolest Skool”!
