Tuning in to Kids
A 6-week emotion coaching program for parents and carers of 3-12 year olds who wish to:
- Learn parenting strategies to help your child deal with uncomfortable emotions, including anger, anxiety, sadness and jealousy.
- Improve communication and connection with your child.
- Become an emotionally intelligent parent
When: Wednesday 12th February to 19th March 2025 (6 week program)
Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
Where: Online via Zoom.

Supporting Anxious Children
Would you like to gain a greater understanding of anxiety and learn some helpful strategies to support your child?
Learning to cope with anxiety, stress and fear, whilst a normal part of your child’s development, can be deeply challenging not only for children but also for parents and the family unit as a whole.
Participants will:
- Develop strategies to support children through understanding the role of anxiety and normal childhood development.
- Identify the signs and symptoms in your child.
- Discover relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
- Learn where to go for more help and support.
Sessions available for parents/carers of early years, primary and secondary aged children.
