OSHClub News!
On Friday last week we had so much fun having a water fight! Children loved getting to throw water balloons at educators and each other! We have also been loving our Christmas activities, some highlights have been decorating Santa hats, wooden baubles and decorating Christmas cookies. We also have finished off our healthy eating workshop this week with children creating their healthy recipes!
Early finish Friday 20th December
As Friday is a 1:30pm finish OSH Club will be open from 1:30pm to 6pm. e will be doing lots of fun Christmas activities and our Friday funday!
Next week is our final week of Christmas countdown, we will be doing activities including a hot chocolate station, gingerbread men, reindeer food and Christmas clay! If you'd like to see what other activities are coming up, please find the Christmas calendars below!
Collecting Artworks
We have a lot of artworks collected from over the year, if your child would like to collect any artworks, we will keep them until the last day of school (Friday 20th).
Friday Fundays
Our final Friday Funday of the term is our last day of school party, we will have fairy bread, party games and music.
Please make sure you book in advance so we can ensure enough resources for all!

Our planners for Summer Camp is here! We have lots of fun activities planned each day and some amazing excursions and incursions booked! You can make bookings online now!
Reminders
- Make sure to book your children in for School Holiday program. OSH Club will close from the 20th of December till the 6th of January.
- Please ensure that your child brings a hat to OSHC as we are now entering Term 4, we also have a hat tub where you may leave a hat with your child's name on it at OSH Club for future times.
- We will also be providing children sunscreen, located by the main door.
Exciting Updates:
More Convenient Booking Options: We know that there are times when you need to book a session for your children at short notice. You can now make bookings using your Kidsoft Parent Portal right up until the session start time for a before school Rise then Shine session, and up until 8 hours prior to the session start time for an after school Stay and Play session, and 48 hours prior to a Holiday HQ session. Bookings may be available outside these times by contacting the service or Customer Experience team via phone.
Parent Portal Waitlist: We also know that there are times when the sessions you want to book aren’t available and to assist with this we now have a waitlist built-in to the casual booking system! You will be able to add your child to the waitlist for these bookings, and when a spot becomes available, your waitlist booking will automatically convert and you will be notified via SMS and email.
