This is what our students have been up to this week.
Embrace Kids
On Tuesday 4/5K and 5/6H students came together to watch the film 'Embrace Kids...Building Better Body Image'.
Students discussed the importance of 'You Be You' .. the best version of yourself and to love your own body and characteristics. They learned about body image, bullying, gender identity, advocacy, representation and more (which aligned perfectly with this term's health curriculum focus).
A big thankyou to Lara May and the team at Alpine Shire for providing this invaluable opportunity for our students.
