Captains Report

Last Friday, students from grades 4, 5, and 6 showcased their talent at the Wagga Wagga Choral Speech Eisteddfod, competing against other schools. We were delighted to witness their impressive performances as they recited poems with great eloquence. While they secured a commendable second place, we are immensely proud of everyone’s efforts and dedication. A big thank you to Mrs. Green for taking us to Wagga.

Yesterday, students from grades K, 1, and 2 enjoyed a day at the showgrounds dedicated to NRL activities. They enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to acquire new skills and truly cherished this learning experience. We trust that they had a memorable time.

Looking ahead, next week brings an annual tradition – our end-of-term Free Street Stall. This event is our way of expressing gratitude to our wonderful community. We extend an invitation to all, to savour the delectable homemade treats our school has to offer.

Furthermore, as we approach the end of this term, we understand that students eagerly anticipate a well-deserved break during the holidays. For parents' planning, we would like to inform you that school will resume on October 9th, without any pupil-free days.

We hope you enjoy these updates, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.
