International Study Tour

Chinese International students welcomed!

Last term, twelve students from China came to Australia to spend a week at Cecil Hills High School.   Our own Cecil students had the privilege of showing them around an Australian school, and teaching them about the way our students learn. Throughout the week we were able to show the International students around the school and have them experience various subjects. By doing this, these International students were able to learn about school life in another country, while also teaching our students a little more about Chinese culture and the way they live their life in another country.

During these five days, the International students followed their buddies to every class while also spending break times with them. They got to meet various teachers and peers, who helped to improve their knowledge of Australian culture and help them feel more comfortable in a foreign country. 

We hope that our International students had a pleasant time in Australia, and we thank them for helping us learn something new. We also appreciate all the students who helped them feel more comfortable in Australia. As a school, we hope that everyone had a pleasant week, and we hope everyone took away something valuable from this experience.
