Year 10 Raging Waters Rewards Day

Year 10 Year Advisers have organised a Rewards Day to celebrate the achievement of students who have displayed successful, responsible and respectful behaviour throughout the year. Students will be spending the day at Raging Waters Water Park on the 24th of November with their peers and teachers. 

Year 10 Work Experience

The Careers Team have organised for Year 10 students to complete one week of work experience to explore different career pathways and build their skills. This is a great opportunity for students to work with local business and industry professionals in preparation for senior school. 

Year 7 (2024) Transition

The Year 7 (2024) Transition Program is well under way with Year Advisers and the Learning Support Team conducting meetings with primary schools to ensure that students attending next year are well supported. 

We had a successful Impact Day on Tuesday, 7 November as we hosted some of our Year 7 students-to-be, who are gearing up to start high school next year!  Our dedicated Year Advisers greeted them at the front gate, distributed name tags, and offered a sneak peek into the bustling start of a school day. Our SRC leaders guided students through essential high school procedures, engaged in group discussions, and hosted thrilling "Minute to Win It" challenges. After a refueling recess, students took part in self-discovery activities and gained valuable insights during Session 2. Wrapping up with a Q&A, our young visitors left equipped with knowledge and the anticipation of their exciting transition to high school. 

Year 7 Orientation day will be held on Tuesday, 28 November, Week 8 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  We look forward to having all of our future students visiting on the day.
