Term 4 Commencement
Monday 2 October is a Public Holiday for the King’s Birthday, with Term 4 commencing on Tuesday 3 October.
Looking towards 2024!
With 2024 in our sights, we would be grateful if you could advise the College as soon as possible, but no later than 15 September 2023, if your child will not be continuing at Clayfield College next year.
Per our Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations, families are required to provide a Term's written notice to the Principal if they are not continuing to avoid being charged Fees in Lieu of Notice. Please notify our Enrolments Team in writing via enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au.
Please note that no action is required if you do intend for your child to continue with us in 2024!
Semester 2 Co-Curricular/Group Photos
These photos will take place on Wednesday 4 October (Term 4, Week 1).
The schedule is provided in the link below.
Please note the following:
- Parents/Students are requested to please check the schedule for photo time.
- Students are to be dressed in their required uniform and move promptly to the Assembly Hall for arrival by the noted photo time.
- Students appearing in photos which requires a specific uniform (eg Sports) to be worn, must have the correct uniform to appear within their photo on the day.
- Students appearing in photos wearing the Summer Formal Uniform or Sports Uniform, must have the correct uniform to appear within their photo on the day.
Students who do not show for their photo and/or do not have the correct uniform will be marked as absent.
Co-curricular/Group Lists are available in Daily Notices for students in Years 6 to 12 and Primary Lists are printed and available to view in the Primary Administration Office.

We would like to wish you all a safe holiday and remind you all that we will be closed for the September Holidays. As the Monday is a public holiday, we will re-open on Tuesday 3 October from 8am to 2pm.
You can collect any Online orders done over the holidays from 10am on this day also.
