State Tenpin Finals

The secondary ten pin bowling team represented the school on Wednesday 1st November at the NSW State Tenpin Finals at Rooty Hill. The team qualified for the finals after finishing 2nd at the Western Region tournament in August.

Team Anson wound up finishing 4th at the finals which is a massive achievement. Congratulations to Orange High who took out 1st place.

A big shout out to Tyler who bowled a 212 in the second game which was the 2nd highest score of the day.

Weekly Sport

With the warmer weather greeting us in Term 4, students and staff have had the opportunity to head outdoors to enjoy Wednesday sport. We have been lucky to have

Montana from Cricket NSW teach our primary and secondary students the skills of cricket through different games and activities.

Students have also hit the water at Lake Canobolas to enjoy sailing with great weather and conditions allowing for great sailing conditions.

Due to the late closure of the indoor golf centre, we have been able to offer those students the opportunity to play mini golf at the Orange City Bowling Club. Plenty of smiles and laughs has graced the course with Miss Georgie scoring a hole-in-one.
