St Roch’s School theme 2025:

Dear Families,

Welcome to Issue 8 of our iNewsletter! We hope this newsletter continues to keep you up to date with all the news, events and learning that happens at St Roch's.

We hope you have all had a lovely long weekend. Our Staff Professional Development today was a productive day and I am grateful to all staff for their contributions to the success of the day!!

Magnifico Melbourne - What a show!!

It was a night of wonderful memories!! A week later and we are all still talking about the magnificent production last Tuesday evening at Crossway Centre in Burwood. Each of our students absolutely shone during the performance.

A huge thank you to our Performing Arts Specialist Teacher, Trish O'Gorman for directing this amazing show. The dedication in ensuring that all students had their moment to shine was outstanding.

To all who supported the many jobs - stage managing, the production of the slides, sound, programs, invitations,  props, artwork, dancing, choreography, photography, filming, make-up, dressing and so much more. We extend our sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff, families and members of our community who have contributed their time, talents and support to bring Magnifico Melbourne to the stage.

From rehearsals and set design to costumes and backstage assistance, everyone's efforts have been invaluable. Thank you to all for helping create a truly memorable experience for our students. On behalf of Trish, Nadine our staff and students and our Arts Leaders, Evie Roberts-Critchley and Michael Borromeo - Grazie Mille!!!
