During last week’s school assembly, the spotlight wasn’t just on the students—it was also on their amazing Dash robots, all dressed up and ready to strut their stuff in the first-ever Dash Robot Costume Parade!

The parade was a highlight of the assembly, drawing cheers, laughter and lots of “oohs” and “aahs” as Dash robots rolled across the stage in costumes ranging from a hotdog to dragons and even a giant wedge of cheese. Each robot's costume was carefully crafted by students, combining creativity, coding and teamwork.

Students didn’t just decorate their robots—they also programmed them to move, spin, and light up the runway.

Year 6 students were rolling with excitement—literally! They turned the gym into an amazing Sphero Robot Runway Show, where creativity and coding came together in an unforgettable performance.

Each Sphero was programmed to glide, spin, zigzag, or even dance as part of the show. Some students added lights and sound effects while others added stunts like ramps and cup towers.
