日本語 Japanese

Konnichiwa from Japanese class! This term, we focused on conversation activities using offering and requesting phrases. It is beneficial if you go to Japanese restaurants or shops to order food and respond. Here are some snapshots from our lessons.
We are also revising and practising our body parts using the song "Head, shoulders, knees and toes" in Japanese. We recorded the song from each class and hope that we can watch them when you visit us in Term 3. We only learn Japanese once a week; however, most of them remember the songs and phrases "Sushi wo kudasai! Hai, douzo" (Can I have a sushi and here you are!) very well.
The senior class also learned about Yokai, Japanese mythical creatures, this term. I will display those drawings, and you might be surprised by their amazing drawings.
Japanese Fun Day will be on the 11th of September. Please stay and watch the parade at least from 9 o'clock, and there will be lots of activities for that day. Grade 5/6 are planning and leading that day as leaders of each activity.
That's all from Japanese class! Have a wonderful weekend!
