Kitchen Garden
4C
4C will have their first sessions of kitchen garden this Friday, with 5 other sessions to follow during Term 1. Parents and carers are welcome to join the sessions, let your child's class teacher know if you're interested.
You must have a current WWCC and sign in at the office.
Preserves
Year-round, we will have preserves available for families and staff to purchase from the office. Jams, relish and pickles are made using fresh produce from our kitchen garden. Currently available - Rhubarb and Raspberry Jam, Tomato Relish, Zucchini Pickles and Cucumber Pickles. Prices start at $5.
Glass Jars
We collect and reuse glass jars. Jars (clean and labels removed) can be left in the baskets on the kitchen garden trolley in the staffroom.
Open Garden
The Kitchen Garden will be open at the same time as open classrooms, usually during week 5 and 10. There will be fresh produce and flowers to harvest and preserves to purchase. Lookout for updates on our communication platforms regarding dates and times.
