REINZ Awards for Excellence
Jamie Gemmell, salesperson for FN Collective (New Plymouth) was nominated for residential salesperson of the year at the REINZ Awards for Excellence, a significant achievement, with competition across the country.
Supporting her at the event were a team from FN Collective (New Plymouth), including her husband Blair, Shawn Gibbon, principal, Maree Dally, personal assistant, as well as salespeople, Pam Gibbon, Kathy Roach, Victoria Dickie, Devon & Kirsten Cameron and Trudy Weston, general manager for the FN National Support Office.
The event showcased outstanding sales and marketing campaigns, along with innovative property management strategies, recognising excellence across all areas of the industry. Sponsored by many of our alliance partners, it was not only a celebration of the industry & Jamie's achievements, but also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces.
BGM Retreat in Melbourne
Trudy Weston, general manager for FN NSO recently attended a BGM Retreat in Melbourne, focused on building stronger connections, strategic planning, and mutual support within the team. The retreat combined team-building activities, like a creative quiz night where participants designed outfits from newspapers, as well as serious discussions on how to best deliver what members need.
It was a great chance to strengthen relationships with our Australian support network, allowing Trudy to meet in person with many of the people she regularly connects with by phone. She left them with a treat of our famous Whittakers chocolate & our classic Bluebird chips, a small token of appreciation for all that they do for us.
