Plus a quick wrap-up of our AGM & November Meeting

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our AGM and final P&C meeting of the year! We wrapped up 2025 with plenty of positive news, exciting updates and—of course—some new faces stepping into P&C roles for 2026.

Here’s the quick snapshot:

📝 AGM Highlights

• 2025 was a big year of community events, fundraising, and support for families.

• The P&C contributed significantly to school programs, student support and facilities.

• The Principal shared updates on the extracurricular activity survey, school space hire planning, and continued collaboration with the P&C.

• The audit results were excellent — a big win for transparency and good governance.

• And… we elected our brand-new P&C Executive for 2026!

📌 Ordinary Meeting Highlights

• Planning is underway for the volunteer thank-you dinner and Christmas concert collections.

• The school will improve signage for the uniform shop (hooray!).

• Early discussions have begun about P&C priorities and events for 2026.

• The first P&C meeting for 2026 will be held on 17 February.

Second hand uniform sale

The Meadowbank Public School P&C Association is holding the final Second Hand Uniform Sale for 2025 this Friday, 5 December 2025 outside the Library between 8:20am and 8:50am. Payment by cash or Square. 

Second hand uniform donation

Kids growing like crazy? Clearing out the cupboards over the holidays? Please donate your old uniforms, hats and bags to the Second Hand Uniform Shop to support our school fundraising! 

Donations can be given to the office or dropped off at the Second Hand Uniform Sale on 5 December. Please only donate clean items in reasonably good condition.
