Selamat Siang

Can you believe we are already at the end of Term 1? What a huge term for our Foundation students. We are so proud of everything they have achieved and the growth we have seen in 8 weeks of school. This week we explored initial sounds and reviewed the 26 codes we have learnt this term. I wonder what sound you can hear at the start of your name? In maths we looked at sharing and played a fun 'Swoosh' game, which helps with number pairs that make 10. 

We also had a visit from the fire fighters. Teaching us all about how to be fire safe. They will be back next term to show us how the fire truck works! To finish off our term we had the best time at the Easter Hat Parade. Thank you to all the families for your engagement!

We are heading off the Melbourne Museum in Term 2 on the 29/05. We are going to need some families to support us on this excursion. Please keep an eye out for an email early Term 2!
