What a fabulous morning we had at Family Breakfast!

What a huge morning it was at Family Breakfast, with lots of delicious food and heaps of catching up being done.  A massive thankyou to all who have helped me this week prepare and run this event, it always takes a mammoth amount of preparation: Jess W, Amy M, Kristie C, Faz A, Frances B, Jerri X, Kaite L, Sally H, Emmanuelle K, Jen T, Sarah K, Smita P, Lizzie C, Elspeth M, Tom M and Jack K.

Easter Raffle

Thankyou also to everyone who donated something to our Easter raffle this year. We had lots of great prizes up for grabs, and congratulations to all our winners!  A huge thanks as well to Jess W, Georgie H and Lizzie H for all their help getting those prizes ready to go.

Term 2

Some great P&F events are coming up in Term 2, including our Picture Plate fundraiser for Kinder (and school!) which will kick off the first week back, so kinder families, keep an eye out for those forms coming home then.  If you aren't in the kinder but want to get involved, get in touch and I'll be able to get the details to you.

P&F Board

Next term, you should also start to see information on a range of community groups you can get involved with up on the P&F board!  Have an idea for a community group you want to talk through or get started?  Let me know and we'll see what we can do!

Class Chats and Parent Reps

All class WhatsApp group chats have now been set up, and class reps found for all classes.  Thanks to all who have volunteered for this role this year!  If you haven't received the details on your class chat, please let me know at mprps.pf@gmail.com.

P&F Meetings

Our next meeting will be at 9am, Friday 3 May in person and via Zoom.  If you can't make it but have any ideas, feedback or comments you'd like to share, please feel free to email me or reach out to your parent rep.

Event Coordinators

I'm still looking for event coordinators for the following Term 2 event:

- Cookie Dough fundraiser (April and May) - coordination includes checking the delivery when it arrives and helping organise and hand out orders

Given the number of fundraising events coming up throughout the year, having event coordinators for each one helps make my job a lot less stressful.  Event coordination differs depending on the event, but generally involves helping with the planning of the event, calling for volunteers or donations, and helping run the event (all with help of course). If you have capacity to help me out with any of the events coming up, please let me know.
