School dental health van

The Australian Dental Health Victoria Van had to reschedule their visit to the College and will now be here in Week 2, from Monday 22nd April to Friday 26th April. If you have already filled in a consent form nothing further needs to be done. If you did not fill out a consent form previously and would like your student to visit the Dental Van please use the attached form which can be printed out, completed and dropped in at the Admin office. This is a great opportunity for students to access free dental assessments and treatment (this Initiative is funded by Australian Dental Health and Child Dental Benefits Scheme).
