Ky Survivor Camp 

As part of their Duke of Edinburgh Certificate in Ky Survivior, Year 9 students planned and took part in a practice adventurous journey. This camp to Kooyoora State Park, required students to use the theoretical and practical skills they have learnt throughout Term 1 in Ky Survivor.  

Students hiked 8 km and did a tremendous effort. Carrying their packs with essential items and not giving up. Students enjoyed the quite bush serenity and took in all the beautiful views. Trekking over large boulders and rock cave walking was a highlight.
