Performing Arts Captain’s Concert- ‘Memories’

This year’s Performing Arts Captain’s Concert ‘Memories’ was held last Thursday 21st March. The concert included performances from music and dance ensembles, solo and band acts as well as a sneak preview of the 2024 College Musical ‘Disney’s The Little Mermaid’.

An enormous thank you to all the staff and students who contributed to the organisation of the event as well as our three Performing arts captains Angelique Choukry, Lachlan Tegoni and Kai Moschetti for their hard work and dedication in making the concert a successful start to the performing arts calendar.

Volunteer Building Assistance Required (VCE Play)

Mr Michael Cooper and VCE Theatre Studies students are looking for the assistance of an experienced (possibly qualified) builder to assist with constructing part of the VCE Play set. They are in need of someone to assist with connecting some platforms together with the construction of a number of floor joists which students will stand/walk on. Materials will be provided and hoping to get the initial work undertaken in the school holidays or no later than Friday 26 April. Please get in touch with mcooper@aitkencollege.edu.au if you can assist or know of someone who might.
