Dear Parents,

As we approach the end of another exciting term at Our Lady of Fatima, let’s take a moment to reflect on all the wonderful achievements and events that have taken place over the past few months.

  • Academic: We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication shown by our students in their academic pursuits. From mastering multiplication tables to exploring the wonders of the natural world in science, our students have shown a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
  • Sporting: Our athletes and swimmers have excelled in various events, representing our school with pride and determination. They have shown outstanding athleticism and sportsmanship at every opportunity. Their dedication to training and passion for swimming have propelled them to remarkable achievements in inter-school competitions.
  • Creative: Whether it's through art, music, or drama, our students have had the opportunity to express themselves and showcase their talents. We've been amazed by the originality and passion displayed in every performance and artwork.
  • Community: Through awareness of cultural events and an inclusive curriculum, our students have gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the world around them. We believe that diversity enriches our learning environment and strengthens our bonds as a school community.

Staffing News

Mrs Cheryl Ross, our Religious Education Coordinator, will be on leave for Term 2. In her absence, Mrs Monica Da Silva, will be Acting REC and continue to organise Masses, liturgies and prayer life, make connections with the parish and lead RE by supporting the students and teachers with the implementation of the new RE syllabus. We wish Mrs Ross all the best as she spends time with her mum and family.

We also wish Mrs Gabrielle Devine who finished up this week and has taken maternity leave to add to her growing family. She will welcome Baby Devine Number 3 into this world in the next few weeks. An exciting time for the Devine family!

As we look ahead to Term 2, we have many exciting events and activities planned. From sports days to excursions, there will be plenty of opportunities for our students to continue learning, growing, and making memories.

Thank you to all our parents for your continued support. Your involvement, encouragement, and partnership are invaluable in helping us create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for our students. I wish you all a restful and enjoyable break.
