First National has strengthened its network in the LaTrobe Valley town of Morwell, Victoria with the opening of FN Central KW. 

Long-standing local, Frank Palermo, and his team have switched to our cooperative to meet the needs of the area's changing demographics. The agency, which has serviced the area for over 80 years, has made the move in response to a shift in the types of buyers and behaviours, post-pandemic, with many customers re-thinking their lives and asking themselves if they are in the right job, the right relationship, the right city, or the right housing.

A friend of Frank's who used to work at our former First National office in Morwell years ago brought in an old First National pin, showing the first iteration of the brand.

FN Bowral (NSW) has won 'Best Real Estate Agency in the Southern Highlands' for a second year in a row. Our corporate team is thrilled for Anna and Allan Falvey, Reece Woods and the whole First National Bowral crew.

Celebrating 35 Years

A huge congratulations to FN Port Augusta (SA), which has just marked its 35th anniversary of membership with the network - servicing the region’s population of 13,000+ residents.

Focusing on Property Management

At FN Broken Hill, it’s not so easy to get your team to training in Sydney or Adelaide. So, principal Zeta Bennett, who is completely committed to staying Broken Hill’s leading real estate agency, flew Julie Collins to her team for a day of knowledge and interactive sharing with her property managers; Courtney, Shei, Sam and Hannah. Together, they worked through systems, processes and workflows to enhance the current structure.
