Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
It’s been an exciting and productive fortnight in the Senior School as we celebrate milestones, achievements, and the wonderful sense of community that defines this time of year.
Our Stage 4 students have just completed their Assessment Block, approaching their exams with focus and determination. We’re so proud of the effort and maturity they’ve shown throughout this process. Next week, it will be Stage 5’s turn as our Year 9 and 10 students begin their assessment period. We wish them all the very best as they prepare to demonstrate what they’ve learned this year.
Our Year 12 students have also been completing their HSC examinations, marking the end of a challenging and rewarding journey. Congratulations to the Class of 2025 on their perseverance, commitment, and growth throughout the exam period.
We also had great fun celebrating World Teachers’ Day! Our students showed their appreciation in creative style by dressing up as their teachers and a few teachers couldn’t resist swapping roles, much to everyone’s delight. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the care, energy and inspiration our teachers bring to school life every day.

This term, students have also been participating in an outstanding Study Skills Program during Extended Tutor Time. These sessions have focused on practical strategies to help students stay organised, manage their time, and approach learning with confidence. The program has been such a success that it will continue next year. We extend our sincere thanks to Mrs Siorokos, Mrs Pearson, Mrs Durand, Mr Weibye, Mrs Shelley, Mrs Ghea, Mrs McKillop and Ms Greasley for leading these valuable sessions.
As we move through this busy and inspiring term, let’s take pride in our shared achievements and continue to support one another with kindness, purpose, and positivity.
Warm regards,
Alicia Michielsen
