Wellbeing
This term, our focus in Wellbeing will be on resilience and leadership, helping students prepare for the transition to Grade 6. We are continuing to build interpersonal skills, emphasising the importance of responsibility, communication, and confidence as students take on more leadership roles within the school. Lessons from The Resilience Project will help students develop empathy, gratitude, and mindfulness, preparing them emotionally for the challenges ahead.
Students will also learn through the Interrelate Program. Through a series of professionally facilitated sessions, students will explore the physical, social, and emotional changes associated with adolescence. These discussions will be conducted in a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate manner, ensuring students feel comfortable and informed.
