Bonjour tout le monde!

Grade 5 and 6 have been working on ordering snacks and using polite words like "Je voudrais, s'il vous plaît". They have been looking at commons snacks like "la pizza" and "un coca", "un hot-dog" and "un hamburger" which is all very familiar.

However they have also learned about the very French "croque-monsieur" and "croque-madame". They are delicious snacks and very filling and you can get one just around the corner, on Bulleen road, at Bar sur Loup !

Foundation have been singing "Bon anniversaire" so they can wish Happy Birthday to their class mates have and continued honing their memory and action skills with the songs of "Petit escargot" and "L'Araignée Gipsy". 

Grade 1 and 2 have continued working on the song about travelling around the world entitled "Survolons les plus beaux pays" by Titounis on YouTube. They realised that the boy in the picture below represents Robert Irwin and we talked about his work and, Steve Irwin, his father, and their legacy a work towards global conservation.

Grade 3 and 4 have been learning about "drapeaux" and "pays" and enjoying being on camp!
