Well Being Christmas Hampers
The Well Being team assisted by students are assembling Christmas Hampers to support individuals in our community. We are seeking your support by way of donations of grocery items to supplement the products that we have collected.
Items such as;
- Toiletries
- Sweet / dry biscuits
- Small jams
- Tea / Coffee bags
- Anything that you think will give some joy to those in need.
All items can be left at the General Office and staff can leave donations in the staff room up until Monday 9 December.
Talking Teens
Northern Anglicare ParentZone Coordinator Roba Elkadi, who is also an MHP at We would appreciate if you could help us spread the word to parents/carers about our interactive Talking Teens group that we are running online over the coming weeks.
It's commencing on Thursday 14 November and runs weekly for 4 weeks from 6:00 - 7:30pm. This program is for families living in the northern regions of Melbourne, including Hume, Yarra, Whittlesea, Merri-bek, Nillumbik, Banyule and Darebin.
Nillumbik Youth Hub Drop In Program
The Nillumbik Youth Hub is a fun, safe and inclusive space for young people aged 12-25 to engage in programs, meet new people and access support and local services. Young people can drop in to the youth hub from Tuesday - Thursday, 3:00 - 6:00pm across the school term.
During drop in times you can:
- Catch up on study or just hang out with friends
- Play free games including foosball, pool, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation
- Access free Wi-Fi, snacks and our chill out space
- Chat to our youth workers to get support and access information on local youth services
When: Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during school terms
Time: 3:00 - 6:00pm
Where: Nillumbik Youth Hub, 32-34 Elizabeth Street, Diamond Creek
Drop Ins are free and bookings are not required!

Food Hampers and Breakfast Program Available
We have a limited number of food hampers available, which can be picked up by families who may need them at the school on a regular basis.
The School Breakfast Club Program seeks to address the impact disadvantage can have on education outcomes by offering free and healthy food for students and families. Please contact Anna or Lynn on 9430 5111 or at anna.jenkins@education.vic.gov.au to request these food hampers.
The Breakfast Program also offers breakfast to any students every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:10 – 8:40am in Room 413. Fruit and healthy snacks can also be provided to students in Wellbeing, Additional Needs and Sub-schools at recess and lunchtimes, as required.
