Grade 1/2 Creativity Expo

We invite the family members of our students in 1/2A and 1/2B to join us in celebrating the learning and creating that has been happening this term for our Integrated Studies unit - Robot Buddies. Students will have their robots on display in their respective classrooms before bringing them home. Please enter through the front office and sign in before making your way to your child's classroom. 

100 nights home reading award

Congratulations to Eliska on achieving 100 nights of home reading! 

Author visit at Beaufort Library

Students had a wonderful time meeting author Susea Spray at the Beaufort Library and listening to the amazing stories of her travels around the world in her boat the 'Gratis'. We even have an autographed copy for our school library now too!

Grade 2 Sleep In 

It was a very warm sleepover this year, thank goodness we have air-con! The heat of the day also meant we had a last-minute change of plans; the after-dinner walk around the lake was swapped out for an orienteering challenge around the school. Thank you to our wonderful school captains Thea and Ellie for designing an entertaining course for the Grade 2's to solve! 

This sleep-in is an important step for our students in preparation for their first school camp next year. We recommend that students continue to build their confidence by sleeping over at a friend's house or by camping out at home and getting used to sleeping in a sleeping bag.
