Inquiry

The inquiry topic this term we will be investigating animals and understanding their different features and basic needs. Our essential question is, 'What might animals need to survive?’ We have some exciting challenges and learning opportunities planned that will allow children to research different animals and their habitats, explain their physical characteristics and what they might need to survive. Their understanding of animals will be enhanced through an excursion to The Royal Melbourne Zoo where they will see animals and look at what they need itheir enclosures.
