The Foundation students have been learning to take turns to play a range of classroom percussion instruments to the beat, whilst keeping tempo for the song Banjo the Bunyip. They have explored the various tone colours (Sounds) produced by each instrument and have discussed and identified the materials that these instruments are made from . 

The Year Five and Six students have continued to build their skills for reading and interpreting basic rhythms by playing these on percussion instruments. Here they are playing the claves and djembe drums for the song I Ain’t Worried.
