Numeracy

We have continued to work on multiplicative thinking. We have been making great progress in using vertical algorithms, and the bus stop method for division, and using MABs to help us build our understanding.

Parent Teacher Interviews

We are holding parent teacher interviews on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. Miss Mawby and Mrs Jacobs both have spots left, if you need to book in, you can do so via Xuno.

Last day of term

Our last day of term is this Friday. the JSC are running a footy colours day. Come dressed in your favourite sports teams colours for a gold coin donation.

3/4 Netball

By Elsie, Chelsea, and Ruby P.

On Wednesday, the 3/4 netball team played against St. Columbus, Haddon Red, and Ballarat Grammar in a round robin tournament. We won all of our matches. Everyone played amazingly! It was flabbergasting to watch! It was a good game. We would like to say thank you to Carla/Mum for coaching us and driving us all season.

Cave Hill Creek Camp

Look out for another camp form early next term, with the final pricing of camp. Our camp is in week six, so we will need all forms returned as soon as possible so that we can let Cave Hill Creek know our numbers, and any dietary requirements. Just a reminder that we are looking for male helpers to join us on our camp. You will need a current Working With Children Check, if you don't have one and would like to come along, please talk to Tameeka.
