What's happening in Italian?

ITALIAN DAY - 7th November 2024

There is already lots of excitement about Italian Day which is fast approaching this term.  Italian Day will be celebrated on Thursday 7th November 2024.  Our theme this year will be CARNEVALE.  

Welcome back for Term 4

Prep-Year 6 will be learning all about The Weather in Italian.

Here is a snap shot of what we have been doing this week. 

The Prep-Year 2 children have been learning words for weather expressions and having a go at reading the words. 

Some of the Preps were in small groups, listening to weather expressions and finding the correct expression.

Year 1 and Year 2 children have been practicing correct pronunciation and recognition of weather expressions. 

Year 3 and Year 4 children are using the Languagenut computer program to practice their Listening, Reading and Speaking skills.
