Induction & Training

New staff at Jackson School will be onboarded with a comprehensive induction programme. This program will include checklists for task completion including a time-line for this process. Thorough completion of this induction program will set you up for a successful and smooth start at Jackson School.

Our HR Manager will commence this process with guiding you through the completion of your onboarding documentation. Teaching staff will be assigned an induction buddy and ES staff will refer to their classroom teacher to support them through this process. 

The induction program will involve staff members from all areas of the school. It is the responsibility of the new staff member, with assistance from their support person, to ensure that all areas on the checklists are completed. 

The induction program should answer many of the key questions you may have, however, if at any time you feel that you still have questions that need answering please don't hesitate to ask those questions.
