Induction & Training

New staff at Jackson School will be onboarded with a comprehensive induction programme. This program will include checklists for task completion including a time-line for this process. Thorough completion of this induction program will set you up for a successful and smooth start at Jackson School.

Our HR Manager and Learning Specialist ( for Professional Learning) will commence this process by guiding you through the completion of your onboarding documentation. Teaching staff and cohort PLT leaders will support the process aswell. 

 It is the responsibility of the new staff member  to ensure all areas  are completed and signed off within the first two weeks.

The induction program should answer many key questions  however, if additional  questions  arise, please contact your PLT leader or Leading Teacher.

Jackson School also provides excellent weekly, professional development opportunities to assist your future development.
