Waiting for Spring
As we all wait for Spring we find our tempers getting shorter and our relationships sometimes a little rocky. Late winter is a season where we need to pause a little more, take an extra breath and lean in and ask a question rather than react. We look forward to celebrating a new season next week with some wonderful community events. I can't wait to see our Dads and special friends coming in to dance with us! - Kate Dourley

Father’s Day Celebration
Friday 5th September.
Our next big community celebration will be our Father’s Day event on Friday 5th September, 8.30 – 9.30am. We warmly invite all dads, grandfathers, uncles, and anyone who plays a fatherly role in a child’s life to join us on site.
This year, each class will share a short dance with their visitors – and then invite any guests to get up and have a go themselves! It promises to be lots of fun, with plenty of laughs along the way.
We’ll also provide some savoury breakfast nibbles and juice to keep everyone fuelled for the morning.
At St Thomas the Apostle, we know our dads will be curious to learn and courageous enough to join in – modelling the same spirit of joy and openness we encourage in our children.
We can’t wait to see lots of you there – and to cheer on some impressive (and brave!) dance moves.
