What a fabulous week of ADEVNTURE it has been!

The students have enjoyed a rich range of literacy activites in each year level, and of course the book parade is always a highlight for the students!

Andy Griffiths Book Launch

This week, some of our classes were also lucky enough to join a live session with Andy Griffiths for the launch of his brand-new book You & Me and the Peanut Butter Beast! Ask your child if they can tell you about their deep hole adventure creation which has gone in the draw to win a signed copy his new book! Fingers crossed! I hope some of you were lucky enough to catch him in real life at his Book signing at Knox on Wednesday!

Reading in Adventurous Places Photo Challenge

The display in the corridoor is full of all the adventurous places. Thanks to all the entries we have loved seeing all the creative ways to read! If you haven't seen it yet, pop over to the main building opposite the library!

Book Cover Design Competition

The students from Prep to Year 6 were invited to redesign their favourite book with a new front cover. P-2 shared why it's their favourite and 3-6 enjoyed created a new blurb entry also. The students should be very proud of their creativiy and hard work on this. Enjoy some photos below!
