The 2025 School Production

Shrek Jr. – Tickets On Sale Soon!

It’s almost showtime! Our much-anticipated school production of Shrek Jr. is just around the corner, and excitement is certainly building. Tickets will go on sale on Monday 25th August at 10am. Tickets can be purchased via the Try Booking link that will be published on Compass, or directly from the General Office.

Next week is an important milestone in our rehearsal schedule as we begin to piece the entire production together and run it sequentially.

• Prep – Year 4 students will have their rehearsal on Tuesday.
• Our main cast will participate in an intensive day of rehearsals later in the week:
  • Cast 1 – Thursday

  • Cast 2 – Friday

     

A heartfelt thank you must go out to the many parents, grandparents, and friends who are working tirelessly behind the scenes. From preparing props, stitching hems, designing and planning our make-up needs, making prosthetics, and creating programs and digital displays – your generosity and dedication are what bring this production to life. I feel so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community that comes together to give our children this unforgettable opportunity.

We must also give a very special shout-out to Dee Skinner from Amazing Transformations Costume Hire. Dee has been working magic with our costumes for the main cast and the Year 5 and 6 ensemble. The countless hours spent fitting, selecting, altering, and accessorising are nothing short of incredible. This year’s costumes truly are something special – you won’t want to miss seeing them on stage!
