Parent Workshop Series: 'Optimal Relationship Approach' (ORA)

Dates: Tuesday 25th February, 4th March & 11th March

Cost: $200 for the full series

Developed by Dr. Kate Renshaw, the ORA program focuses on relationship-based skills to enhance positive parenting experiences and overall family wellbeing.

This series is led by TORA-certified and experienced Child Play Therapists. Parents and carers will learn strategies to:

Support children in processing emotions and life changes.
Strengthen family connections.
Foster an understanding of children's feelings in a safe, supportive environment.
