Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Carers,

It is wonderful to see that our students have settled in well and we appreciate your support in ensuring a smooth start to the school year. Kindergarten students have commenced their schooling very positively and one would think they have done this all before. 

Your assistance with our morning routine has been invaluable and we thank you for helping to create a positive and structured beginning to each school day. Encouraging independence in our students is essential. We kindly ask parents to move to the silver seats once on the school grounds. This assists the staff to provide excellent supervision. It is a great assistance to us when parents leave promptly after assembly so that students can transition quickly into their classrooms and begin their learning without delay. 

Learning and Thriving Night

Our upcoming Learning and Thriving in 25 meetings are an important event and every child needs to attend with at least one parent or carer. This evening provides a valuable opportunity to engage with your child’s learning journey and the goals they are working on.

The students are developing their personal learning goals at school in preparation for this meeting. These goals will form the basis of discussions, ensuring a shared understanding of each child’s aspirations, strengths and areas for growth.

Student Privacy Reminder

The privacy and safety of our students are a top priority. Please remember that photos of students other than your own should not be taken or shared on social media, via email or text. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this important guideline.

If there is an issue concerning your child, please communicate directly with their teacher. Matters should not be handled independently, our teachers and staff are here to ensure all concerns are addressed appropriately and in the best interest of all students. Ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone is our shared responsibility.
