It’s so easy to get focused in what is happening at this very point in time. Dwell on that issue or multiple issues, and because of this you become stuck and down on yourself. But this quote is saying put that aside and focus on where you want to go or end up.  You might be thinking great how do I do that?

By setting yourself some bite size goals in order for you to reach your big goal. Set yourself a reward to, something that will give you incentive to finish your goals. You can always ask for someone to keep you accountable if that helps.

Trust me, when I say this is not always easy, just take one step at a time.
