From the Principal

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the last newsletter of the term and semester!

Once again, Semester 1 2024, has been filled with a wide array of events, from camps, excursions, colour runs and sports events. Events that could not have occurred without everyone's support. From our students who are respectful, considerate and eager to learn, teachers who plan, organise and create exciting opportunities and our parents who support us with their time. Time spent organising, planning and running events or supporting students on camp or at events like Interschool sports. Thank you to everyone who makes up our wonderful OGPS community.

We have a member of our teaching team - Rachael Coulson who will not be returning in Semester 2. I would like to thank her for her contribution to our school in Semester 1 and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

As a school we try to share a range of information with our community to keep everyone informed, however, there are times when the school must respect the privacy of individuals and families. Please rest assured that the school is always working with a range of stakeholders to ensure all of our students and members of the community are supported.

Thank you, once again, for a wonderful Semester and we look forward to seeing you all on the 15th of July for Term 3. I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday break.
