SMCM Sports Day
A huge thank you to Lisa and Yolanda for organising this special SMCM event. This was supported by our SMCM staff and parent community. The students behaved exceptionally well and thoroughly enjoyed the series of competitive events.

End-of-Term Cookies
Our fabulous Learning Support Officer, Bernie, holds a little (but very popular) celebration at the end of each term. It’s all part of her Cooking Club, and when I asked her how long she’s been doing this, she simply replied, ‘For many, many years!’
Today’s scene was heartwarming: children having fun smearing their favourite colour icing, other eager students lining up patiently, and kids leaving with smiles as sweet as the cookies themselves. The student initiative from some of our older students is noteworthy. It was wonderful to see them support the younger cohort of students; a beautiful display of camaraderie and kindness.
A big shout-out to Bernie for this delightful SMCM staple! Here are some things our students had to say:
