Student Achievements!

Queensland State Championships, Caloundra

Kate Favaro represented the Peninsula Team in tennis at the Queensland State Championships, held in Caloundra from 12th - 15th March.  She competed in the 13 -19 years age group, as part of a team of four girls who took to the courts for four full days of high-level competition.

The championships provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase their skill, teamwork and sportsmanship against some of the best young players across Queensland.

Student Representatives at Peninsula Netball Championships, Cairns

We are proud to share that two of our students, Ariana Cuda and Diaz Higham, were selected to assist with officiating duties at the Peninsula 10 - 12 Years Boys and Girls Netball Championships.

Ariana and Diaz represented our college as umpires at the event, held in Cairns. This opportunity not only reflects their strong understanding of the game, but also their leadership, confidence, and commitment to supporting sport within our region. We congratulate Ariana and Diaz on their contribution to this important regional event and commend them for showcasing our college values in the wider community.
