Indigenous Liaison Officer

As we wrapped up Term 1, our school community came together in some really meaningful ways to celebrate our First Nations students, recognise leadership, and promote inclusion.
We began with a First Nations Student Meeting and Lunch, creating a culturally safe space for students to connect, have a yarn, and share their voice. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships and continue building a strong sense of belonging.
Our First Nations leaders also represented the school at the 2026 Nulung-Kayn Kasi Student Leader Event - an occasion that celebrates leadership and identity. It was a proud moment to see Danika and Brooke recognised in such a strong and culturally affirming space.
Harmony Week
Harmony Week brought our whole school together through activities such as the DigniTEA Party, Music and Sundaes, and a motivational session with Bram and Uncle Trevor. It was fantastic to see such strong engagement and students celebrating diversity.
These experiences continue to reinforce our commitment to creating a school where every student feels seen, heard, and supported.
THANK YOU!
