UniPath – An Alternative Entry Pathway to the University of Notre Dame for Year 11 and 12 students
For students who are interested in university but are concerned they may not meet the required ATAR, or who would benefit from strengthening their academic foundations in writing and mathematics, the UniPath program at The University of Notre Dame Australia is a strong option to consider.
UniPath is a free, government-funded pathway program offered by The University of Notre Dame Australia. It is available to Year 11 and Year 12 students and is designed to help students build foundational university-level skills in:
- Academic Writing
- Research
- Mathematics
Communication and independent learning.
The program is delivered in three 5-day block weeks during the school holidays (8:30 AM–3:30 PM) on campus at Broadway, Oran Park or Auburn, giving students a genuine university experience. Students are required to attend all three 5-day blocks.
On successful completion of UniPath (alongside meeting HSC requirements), students may gain direct entry into selected undergraduate degrees, including:
- Arts and Sciences (excluding Psychology)
- Business
- Education (Primary and Early Childhood)
- Philosophy and Theology.
How to Enrol into the Program
If you are in Year 11 or 12 and you would like to enrol into this Program below is an outline of the process. Please email me to let me know that you are interested in this Program so we can discuss your eligibility.
- Expression of Interest: Students can register their interest by completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) form.
- School Recommendation: The school must submit complete and submit a School Recommendation Form.
Student Application: After the school has provided a recommendation, the student is required to apply online with their documents. (Due: 23 March) - apply direct.
