Book Week

This week at GWPS, we have been celebrating Book Week with the enchanting theme, ‘Reading is Magic.’ On Monday, it was delightful to see students and even some teachers dressed as their favourite book characters. The creativity and costumes created were outstanding! During the assembly, our school captains emphasised the importance of reading.

Throughout the week so far, students have engaged in various lunchtime activities, including storytelling with dress-ups and bookmark making. In the classroom, teachers have focused on integrating the theme into learning and writing activities. Additionally, classes will soon share their creative writing pieces during buddy sessions.
