Middle School Report

As we speak, our year 9 and 10 students have just finished their course counselling process and all choices for 2025 have been submitted. The school now goes through the lengthy process of formulating each student's individual program and this will be published in Term 4.

We are in the midst of Term 3 and all students are working through their core subjects as well as beginning their new Semester 2 electives.

With parent teacher interviews just completed as well, we hope our students have a clear understanding of what is required to achieve their best in Semester 2 and beyond.

Term 3 is all about the Production. We have many of Middle School students involved, either on stage as a member of the cast or musical performances, or backstage in lighting / sound and stage set up.

This year our show is “Matilda” tickets are available for our two shows in late August.

NMR and State finals are either on now or fast approaching. Our Year 9/10 badminton team competed at MSAC on Wednesday August 14 with Ms Zahra and State Athletics finals are on later in the term. We congratulate all students on progressing this far and wish them all the very best.

• August 29 / 30 – Production Night – “Matilda” 7.00 – 8.30 in the PAC
• September 3 – Year 10 Outdoor Education Rock Climbing
• September 5 – Year 10 Immunisations
• September 12 – Performing Arts Showcase Evening in the PAC
• September 13 – Out of Uniform Day – Fight Cancer Footy Colours Day
