Library

How does the Senior School Library support our students for their final exams?
Moreso than usual, during Term 4, the Senior School library becomes a place of earnest study and application. Students undertaking a Unit ¾ subject have exclusive use of the space to study in a quiet, productive area to best prepare them for their external exams. Students will meet with their classroom teachers one - on - one and rake through practice exams, pour over feedback and practice under timed conditions to replicate their external exam processes.
Specifically, L2 is now set up as a silent study area. Students should not be doing any group work or meeting with teachers in this classroom. The table tennis tables can be used for group discussion and collaboration, especially as the weather improves over the coming weeks. The main library space can be used for quiet study, meeting with teachers and quiet, small group work.
We encourage you to support your child to use this space productively during this period and to respect the learning of others. Students will be redirected to an appropriate zone if they cannot meet these expectations.
