ANZAC Day Assembly
We express our sincere thanks to our ANZAC Day Guest Speaker, Mr John Lions who spent 2 years in the Army as part of National Service in the early 70's. Mr Lion's words were insightful and captured the true spirit of ANZAC Day, reminding us all of the courage and sacrifice of our service members. We thank him for helping to keep the ANZAC spirit alive. We thank all our students and families who supported the ANZAC Day Appeal by buying a badge.
BBC Earth Experience Excursion
The year 1 students enjoyed going on a virtual journey across the seven continents last week. They were engaged, curious, and mesmerised by all the amazing facts and images of our planet Earth. Students learnt about different habitats, nature cycles, climate change, and the effects of human activities. We are proud of our young learners as they showed all the Toorak’s school values.
