Regional Swimming 

A huge congratulations to our Regional Swimming team for their efforts on Wednesday. Our students competed against the best swimmers from around the Southern Metropolitan Region at YAWA in Rosebud. They gave their absolute best in both their relay and individual events and most important of all, they had so much fun. We are so proud of having so many students (14 in total) reach regional competition level. This is the greatest number of students we’ve ever had compete at this level which is a huge accomplishment.

Some outstanding results are as follows:

2nd place= Peter  in 10 boys backstroke

3rd place= David  in 12 boys Freestyle

4th place= Boys open medley relay race

4th place= 10 Boys 50m freestyle relay

5th place= Sia  in 50m freestyle & 50m breaststroke events

5th place = Caia  in 50m backstroke

Congratulations to all of our squad; 

Samim, Damon , David, Esan, Sebastian, Sia, Caia, Isla, Mila,  Ellie, Nathan, Peter, Alvin  and Aron.

Students had to place first in their respective races to progress to state level. Unfortunately, this is the end of the competition for our swimming team. Well done team!
