Student Attendance

Table 1 below outlines the percentage of students in each year level with 100% “accounted for” attendance for the week identified (eg Term 1 Week 9 / T1W9) and the 100% “accounted for” attendance accumulated from the beginning of the school year up to and including the latest week identified in the first column (YTD). 

Accounted for attendance is inclusive of students marked present or late on their class rolls plus explained reasons for absences recorded on a student’s Compass profile by home or the college. The aim for every student and year level is to achieve 100% accounted for attendance. A green shaded cell indicates an increase in accounted for attendance compared to the previous week for the year level.
